Problems with SR3 session timeout in two minutes

I am having a problem with SR3 server, users access through the IE plugin correctly adjust the zoom and apply it to all the sheets without problems but after that if they are 2 minutes without touching the PC, they lose the session and the document variables re-initialize.

Does anyone have the same thing happen to them? Anybody can help me?
