Need Bar chart Help

Dear All,

            Currently I am having problem with a bar chart having multiple dimensions and expressions.

             I have Fields Category(CTC,ORTH,DARJ,DUST,OTHR),Blend Quantity,Loose Stock etc.

            I am going to create a chart where Category wise Blend Qty and Loose Stock can  be shown,

            and another comparison of Year(This Year and Last Year) also can be shown in the same bar

            with stack view.

            For better understanding I am attaching a Picture what I want to do.

             Please give me a response as soon as possible.

Thanks & Regards,

Koushik.

I would try your Category as first dimension, year second dimension.

Two expressions calculating blend QTY and stock.

Choose the appropriate (Stacked) style in style tab.

Hope this helps,

Stefan

edit:

If you have many years in your year dimension and you want to filter only this and last year, try a calculated dimension like

=if(Year=year(today()) or Year=year(addmonths(today(),-12)), Year)

just a hint... for year over year comparison.. first get the dataset of previous year and current year in the same table in two different columns.. so that plotting can be done easily...
