QlikOcx "Failed to open document"

Hello everyone,

Need help with linked QlikView documents please. I have created an action on a text object to open another QlikView document from the QlikView Access point. This used to work fine previously, I have recently reloaded the document and this has now stopped working. When I try to open the document by clicking on the text object, it gives me a message window headed with QlikOcx and message is "Failed to open document".

Can anyone please assist?

Hello all,

This issue has now been resolved, There might be a slight glitch in the IR version, and it resolved the issue after I upgraded the version to SR3.
