How to use section access to have row data level

Hi,

I wonder if I can use the section access to have row data level on this situation

I have table as below

ReqNo	EmpID	TeamLeaderID	Manager
1	1	T1	M1
2	2	T1	M1
3	3	T1	M2
4	4	T2	M2
5	5	T2	M2
6	6	T1	M1

I need to write script to achieve that as table describe   :

T1 see all ReqNo for EmpId 1,2,3,6

T2 see all ReqNo for EmpId  4,5

M1 see all ReqNo for EmpId 1,2,3,6

M2 see all ReqNo for EmpId 1,2,3,4,5,6

Yes im sure you can achieve this kind of requirement using section access. There are plenty of reasources on here to get you started on using it.
