Reload working Manually but failed in my QMC

I have bit of situation my dashboard is working when i reload manually but it keep failing in QMC.

I have checked but am struggling to find an error.

Quick one with your  two quick solutions

1) Dba created BPS-REPORTS\QVService  as a login detail instate of THE-ROMANS\QVService. if may ask is it a way i can change this manually in my QMC or they need to create THE-ROMANS\QVService as it is?

2)As for me to use  Section Access fields to temporarily run the reload as another user, i tried to reload but it keeps failing

I tried below login details and tried Username: .\QVService with password they gave me.

I am not using  section access,i thought it was open but even after closing everything it still not working?

Actually it was not but they gave me new username:BPS-REPORTS\QVService  instate of ROMANS\QVService?

which I am little bit confused cause my dashboard complain about ROMANS\QVService not that one?

Hi,

If you have create a New OBDC Connection With correct New user (BPS-REPORTS\QVService) . Then Create a New Connection string in Your qvw-Application script.
