Dynamic Label for Dimensions/Measures?

I'm using this label for a Measure:

= 'Sales ' & Max(Year)

I was expecting that the visualizations shows: Sales 2014, for example.

But, instead of this, it shows the formula: = 'Sales ' & Max(Year)

How can I get that dynamic label?

Yes, in pivot table it works, but in simple table we have no way to do this

I'm happy to report that since this original post there have been alot of update to Qlik Sense (it gets updated 5 times a year).  As of the current release (Feb 2018), there is dynamtic labelling in amost all places mentioned in the thread (if not all of them).
