I am testing the Sense mobile App but I entered "You cannot access the selected server because you do not have an access pass" error message. but I do be able to login sense server via browser.
I am wondering is the Mobile app requires to have User Access token?

Have you checked this access from a computer browser instead of a Mobile App? Do you see if this user has a valid token allocated?
There aren´t differences between the license access and the client type.
