There is none, the QVW files can be open and edited by any user even if the file is already open. You will have to manage permissions at operating system level, namely NTFS security or use a folder structure so when the file is in your folder, only you can open it and when you complete your changes, you move the file to another folder so the next developer can work on it.
The use if $(Include=) can help to make the ETL and front-end development in parallel, and the use of variables can let different developers work on different sheets without overwriting each other, however, only one of them can work on the same QVW at a time.
