Report and Print Greyed Out

I was following a good tech article on creating reports: Using QlikView’s Report Editor

Unfortunately when I create a report it's showing up greyed out. Also print preview is greyed out as well. 

Why is it grey?

Hi Martin,

I think you need to set up default printer in your local machine.That works for me.Hope it helps for you.try it once

I went to the Printer Settings in W10 and it was set to "Let Windows manage your default printer". But even if I unchecked this and set a specific printer as default, the Print and Reports were still greyed out in the QlikView Plugin.

And other ideas?

Actually it seems to have worked. The Print button was still grey at first but after right-clicking and selecting Print in the dialogue (where it was not grey) the button in the Plugin also turned black. And the Reports where also no longer greyed out. Thanks!
