Not able to open qlikview accesspoint after server upgrade to 12.10

Hi,

Recently we have upgraded the qlikview server to 12.10 SR8 from 11.2 SR2.

we are using IIS and we are using SSL certificates.

but when i tried to access the accesspoint from the same server using https://localhost/qlikview/ it showing page cannot be displayed error.

could some one please suggest to resolve this issue.

HI,

The issue is more with the Authentication that you have set up on the virtual folders and possibility the file level. These are removed and re-installed. The certificate should be fine, it is attached at the WebSite level.

thanks for your suggestion. are the virtual folder which you are referring to is as per the below list??

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Web.

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients.

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewAjax.

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewDesktop.

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewPlugin.
