Hi all,

Can any one tell me why we select select data exclusion after implementing section access from opening tab in document properties.???

Hi Manu,

Explained with an example here Section Access: Strict Exclusion

In section access, suppose you added 3 users A,B,C in reduction column.

Now in section application, you forgot to define reduction Field A.

Now what will happen- A will get all the access i.e. your section access will get failed. Data will not be reduced.

so if you tick strict exclusion, then whenever A will tryto open the doc. he'll get access denied error.
