My problem was : User were not able to access their respective documents, they were able to see those documents which were not suppose to see.
If any application or particular task is down then do we need to restart our services?
I faced this issue before few days, so I restarted services & after that user were able to access there respective documents on the server.
My issue is whether restarting is the only option or we should do something else so that such issues will not occur in future.
Please some one help me..
