Cant create a connection with qlikview server

Hi guys, I have two qlikview servers (one for production and another for tests) and one N-Printing Server, all of them in september 2017 version.

I am successfull when I try to create a connection between n-printing server and qlikview test server, but when I try to create a connection between n-printing server and qlikview production server the "run verification" fails.

You can see some prints and logs bellow:

1. Qlikview Test Server - PRINT

1.1 Qlikview Test Server - LOG

Written Diagnostic Data Connection

Verification:{"Id":"***********************",

"ConnectionString":"navigator=qlikview;documentpath=\"qvp://server/dash.qvw\"",

"Status":1,

"Log":"{\"server\":{\"Initializing\":{\"Success\":true,\"ErrorMessage\":null},

\"ConnectionStringIsValid\":{\"Success\":true,\"ErrorMessage\":null},

\"QlikViewLicenseIsValid\":{\"Success\":true,\"ErrorMessage\":null},

\"QlikViewQVSMachineIsReachable\":{\"Success\":true,\"ErrorMessage\":null},

\"QlikViewDocumentExists\":{\"Success\":true,\"ErrorMessage\":null},

\"QlikViewDocumentIsAccessible\":{\"Success\":true,\"ErrorMessage\":null},

\"Completed\":{\"Success\":true,\"ErrorMessage\":null}}}","

2. Qlikview Production Server - PRINT

2.1 Qlikview Production Server - LOG

Any idea?

kkkkkk

that was really a kidding message.

I saved the connection, the cache was generatd and I finally I was able to create and share a report.

it took to long to generate the cache, but it worked.

Thanks!

Thanks for the information.

I suppose you have a big latency or low speed in your network. The Run verification failed due to the timeout but the cache creation has not timeout so it ran but it took a long time because it has to wait for data in a slow network.

I would to suggest you to investigate because report generation could need a long time due to this issue.

Best Regards,

Ruggero

thank you too!

The most interesting is that the test server is in the same network and its connection does not have this latency...

I finished my ideas on the possible reasons of the issue 😞
