Cannot login to Qlik Sense. Accidentally put port 80 in place of 4244

Hi

I have accidentally put port 80 in place of 4244 in Qlik Sense server. Now I cannot access the server and receiving the below error.

This site can’t provide a secure connection

192.168.3.12 sent an invalid response.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I will really appreciate the solution as i already have some work done on the server.

Thank you and Best Regards

I would suggest you contact Qlik support.

You may well be able to correct the port number by directly editting a config file or maybe the repository.  But given the high risk of doing that by blind guesswork, having someone from Qlik support to guide you would be a prudent precaution.

Although you could try to RDP to server and see if you can access QMC via http, if you can then you should be able to reset it correctly via the GUI.  But that is only guess and I give no guarantees.

I couldn't find any config file that contains the port information. I tried accessing the QMC via http by RDP to server but it didn't help.

Thanks any way for your suggestion.
