Newbie to Qlik Sense - An Internal Error has occurred

Hi

I really like what I am seeing in terms of ability to produce incredible insights and views - in the videos displayed.

I am having real problems uploading csv or xlsx spreadsheets, I keep getting "An internal error has occurred" and it fails. Some have loaded, some failed, some which I did load, failed subsequently. I am about to give up...

I am extracting data out of MySQL (Why is there not a direct connection) using a Sequel Pro interface, saving to CSV. All of this on a Macbook using Office365.

Is there a known reason for this?

Is there a limit on the number of rows in an xls that I can upload? I am trying to load up 28000 rows now gives me a 401 not authorised error?

when i reduce it loads perfectly...

Tai,

There is no limit to load the data unless you are setting it up.

In your case, you are probably getting close to the system limits (of available Memory)...

Try to load just few fields from your input file, try to reduce number of records loaded...

It should help you to identify the problem and think about a solution....
