How to extract the app object details from QMC, is there any Log file available?

We have an application with around 1500 users and it contain around 3500 custom sheets.
Is this sheets size have any contribution in Application size ?
If i delete the sheets, will it decrease the app size ?

The Qlik provided Operations Monitor has App Statistics in it

As the sheet definitions are in the app, I would expect the number of sheets to affect the app size; if the question is, is the data repeated, that would be no - one cube per application.
