Geo Analytics - Importing Shape file - Gives Error

I am trying to import ABS SA2 level shape file into Geo Analytics server installed in our environment. However it gives me below error message.

Error Message

If I open this file in ARCGIS online tool, I can see few records which probably don't have a geometry attached. SO I assume this might be causing the issue but not sure.

Please advise.

ESRI file had nulls in few of the rows and that is why it was failing while trying to Simplify using Geo Analytics connector. Once the nulls were removed using QGIS, the file was simplified without any issues.
