calculation among crosstables

Dear All

I'm still trying to figure it out how the crosstable works.

The problem is that when i try to combine calculation between crosstable tonages and crosstable bunches. When i try to create the linechart using calculation using 2 crosstables (tonages/bunches), i think i lost the path. The correct values can be seen at the straight table (eventhough i still don't understand to create the correct linechart from it also ). The attachment will show how the problem is.

Thank you

Best regards,

Irman

Your crosstable script is fine but data model likes some improvement.

Load data sets into the same fact table.

Month dimension has to be the same field across both data sets (bunches and tonages).

And those fields are not needed in the final model: t_1,t_2, b_1,b_2 etc.

Drop the temp tables in the end of script.

See attachment, you need to finish the script to have all months.

The solution is very clear and loud, i can see the correct path now :D, the datasource with a flattable to be crosstabled in qlikview.

Thank you Mr. Tanel
