Hi all,
As of today my activity and points awarded don't seem to update anymore. My activity shows content till yesterday while I posted several replies today. Points are also not added, is there an issue with the points system?

Hello community members,
Thank you for reporting these issues. I have investigated and created a support ticket with our platform software provider. Sometime last night or early this morning, our Gamification system stopped working properly. At this time, we do not yet know if this is affecting all communities using this Gamification system, or if it is just affecting Qlik Community.
We have identified 5 Gamification items that are not working as expected:
1. Your Profile > Reputation > Activity page does not show any activity
2. Points are not attributed when actions are taken
3. When Mouse Hovering over a member's name, the Me in Three badge listing does not load
4. Leaderboard Widgets do not populate
5. Rank Icons do not appear next to members names on posts
If anyone finds any other items that are not working or appearing properly, please comment below and I will add those to my support case. We are working to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible.

Yes it seems to work again, although points for a correct answer was not added for me. Could be that that one just got lost or it could be something is not working properly yet and why I report it. Info:

I do confirm - not everything has been recalculated.

We've found out that the cause of the issue was that our Gamification provider made an API update that caused issues in our community as well as other communities. They rolled out a fix late yesterday that resolved most of the issues we identified yesterday, as Peter pointed out.
However, we are seeing one remaining issue, as identified by Piet and others: replies that are marked as the Correct Answer are not appearing in the Reputation > Activity Feed and points are not being awarded. I have reported this on my support ticket for further investigation.
If anyone finds that other actions are not appearing in Activity Feeds or generating points, please let me know and I will add those to the case as well.
