Blank screen on iPhone

HI everybody,

We are having a problem consulting our models remotely from iPhones. The login is Ok, the different apps show up, no problem, but when one app is selected, the info is shown blank. (See enclosed screenshot).

This doesn´t happen on Android phones.

Any clues? Thanks a lot!.
