I would like to ask how to adjust dashboard layout.

How to add label on bar chart

How to change color and front on column head "#Submit"

And the last one is how to eliminate a space between 2 sheets (which attached in the same dashboard)

You can display the value on the bars in a bar chart but there is nothing out of the box to put a label on them.  You do this in the presentation section of the properties.

Depending on which table you are using you can modify some of the font and colors of column headings again in the properties.

Last, Qlik Sense automatically spaces objects and adjusts that space depending on the screen size and resolution.  So there really isn't anything you do about this one.
