Data Containing Anything other than 1 or 0 will not Total

Hello!

I have this data on an excel type sheet that I am pulling into Qlik Sense:

Capture5.16.18.PNG

When I total the amount of "1" it works fine, but when I try and count the "R13" I always get 0 when I should get a total of 31. The expression I am using is the following:

=Count({<EScore= {'R1'}>} EScore)

I'm not really sure what it's not working.

Thank you in advance!

Yes, of course, I have added it to my original message.

Are you doing 14 or 27?

Also, EScore only have values 0 or 1... why do we not see R13 or R1 in there?

What about EScore never having R13 value?

What do you mean? It currently shows EScore having R13 and there can be times it doesn't.

I am not seeing it... can you show me? I am seeing EScore to be 0 or 1 and that's it... where do you see R13?

It's in the data I am pulling from SmartSheet (It's just like excel but web-based):

It might be there in the raw data... but if it is not in the app.... no matter how hard any of us try... will never be able to get the result using set analysis on EScore = R13... because you don't have even a single row with EScore = R13

I understand it has to be in the app, but if the app is pulling from the raw data why wouldn't it be there?

no idea... sorry... can you share the Excel by any chance?
