Setting unattended Dashboard display not to timeout

The customer has plasma monitors around their office that display QlikView Sales applications.  However, we're trying to prevent the application from timing out and refreshing on a periodic basis (e.g. hourly).  So the data is reloading every hour but the connected QlikView dashboard is not.  Any thoughts?

You can change the refresh mode in the document properties.

you can also change the user timeout in the server settings, not entirely sure I totally got you.
