Issue in Apr'2018 release of Qliksense

Hello All,

I am using Qliksense April 2018 version. I am facing an issue that in every 2-3 days, i face an error while opening any application i.e.

"You dont have any access pass". I do ahve access pass but dont knw y this problem keeps repeating. When i restarted my services, and then if i re-open the documents, it works well. Can anyone tell em the issue?

Hi Nikhil, There are many ways to it.

I am going to use the OOB feature.

1. -Set the condition in YTD/MTH Filter Object, GetposssibleCount(<Week field name>)=0,

    -Provide appropriate message

2. -Set the condition in Week Filter Object, GetposssibleCount(<YTD/MTH field name>)=0,

    -Provide appropriate message

This will achieve two of your objectives.

It will disable filters on either selections.

Try it and let me know.

So, you mean to say under "add ons" tab in filter object, I have to put

these conditions? Putting up these conditions will disable the other filter?

Hey Sumit,

I tried the same but other filter does not got disabled. I did following steps:

1: Drag the filter pane on the sheet and added a dimension(Week). I could not find the "AddOn" option in the filter pane to put the condition. Where to put up this condition, can you help em in this?

Sadly i am using a extension object. I didn't realize that earlier.

Check if you can use the Vizlib extensions. That would help in the issue you are facing

Thanks this helps. But instead of not showing the values in other filter when values in one filter selected, i want other filter values should be shown but in disabled condition. And when i select any value from second filter, the first filter value should be disable(values still shown but in disabled condition).

I have been trying to figure that out.
Have you tried some calculated dimension?

No, not yet. But I don't think calculate dimension will help me achieve

this. Wat say?

I have tried some convoluted set analysis. It seems to work. Depends on the data model though. Can you try calculated dimensions?
