daily task for excel spreadsheet

I'm using qlik sense enterprise version and analyzing a set of items. The items come from an excel spreadsheet. But there are always old or new items adding into it. My question is: I want my report to be updated with the spreadsheet automatically, how to create a daily task for the spreadsheet?
