Why can't I get the debugger to work.... I am under the impression that it should work similarly to MS Access but I can't seem to make it work. I would like to step through the code and see values, etc and place stop lines... Does the QV debugger simply not work that way? Am I missing something? A setting or option?
I made a little experiment by using the VBScript Debugger of Excel to debug my QlikView VBScript Code. Maybe this is also helpful for you.. or maybe you have any suggestions on my proposal.
why wouldn't they want to develop their own? I've been trying to use a module in Qlikview but nothing is working. This has got to be one of the most frustrating experiences in using Qlikview.
I feel like telling people to steer clear of using this program and looking elsewhere because of how rigid it is.
