Issue in Apr'2018 release of Qliksense

Hello All,

I am using Qliksense April 2018 version. I am facing an issue that in every 2-3 days, i face an error while opening any application i.e.

"You dont have any access pass". I do ahve access pass but dont knw y this problem keeps repeating. When i restarted my services, and then if i re-open the documents, it works well. Can anyone tell em the issue?

Hey Mona,

Since, i ahve same account for running services and development, so i am facing same issue. But as Mike suggested above, try to use some other account for running services that myt solve your issue. Better option will be to use June2018 version, since it is latest so you myt not face same issue in this version.

Hi Guys - since updating to June 2018 and starting my services with a dedicated services account, I have not experienced this issue.

Hey Michael,

I guess you are running your services and developing dashboard under same service account?

That doesn't seem to be the case. Any user can run and create the dashboard in Enterprise edition. The services in the Central node and other salve nodes need to be ran with the same Service user. Basically a service user who is the admin on the device and on whose account QS was installed.

On June edition,I am yet to try that but seems to be the only solution as of now.

Hey Sumit,

But i really doubt will the applications developed in Apr'2018 version and running on production server works fine after getting upgraded to June'2018  version ?

Hey Nikhil,

Many of the bugs have been fixed in the June version. I am yet to check the prod servers in June as we do a delayed launch ,keeping the bugs in mind.

The desktop edition, does work fine though.

There are some bugs in there in June but that should get sorted out in service release.
