Cannot establish a connection to Qlik Sense: Qlik Sense Hub

Hi all,

i have a strange issue on a qlik sense server 2.2.4.0.

when i try to reach the hub...

if i look the Service_Proxy log it says:

Command=Open connection;

Result=-2146233079;

ResultText=Error: The remote name could not be resolved: 'ip'

it seems that since the first installation, when everything works well, that ip has changed.

now, how can i change it since a can't get to the qmc as well?

Hi Loris,

Please repair Qlik Sense  as Go to Control Pannel, Program and Features then click on Qlik Sense and there will be an option Repair

After that Go to window, Run, services.msc then restart all the Qlik services ,It will work fine.

Hi,

I had issues with my certificate and did just the repair according to this article:

and after this I get the Cannot establish a connection: Qlik Sense Management Console. Any other ideas?

Hi All,

I have the same problem. VM Server failed and we restored from backup with different IP/Hostname due to conflict with previous IP. Did a installation repair successfully but still encountered Error 404 after login.

Is there any advise?
