Nprinting 17 Jun18 Connection to Qliksense Hub failed?

Hi All,

Good day!, just wanted to check does one had below issue and managed to resolve it? we just done fresh qliksense Jun2018 version installed in machineA and it's working fine and another machineB installed  Nprinting 17 Jun 2018 version after that tried to configure the Connection step got below error and unable to resolve it. (might SSL configuration / win 2016 os not supported issue? just thinking)

anyone encounter such a issue, if so can you please share your solution. thanks in advance

Hi Deva,

did you check engine is online?  all the services are running?

did you check here?

Hi Chanty,

Issue got fixed, after re-export certificate (last time keen nrpinting machine ID instead of qliksense server machine ID while exporting certificate via qmc) after re-export and then imported certificated with the help of below utility

QmcCertificatesInstaller.exe (which available inside qlik nrpinting 17 installed machine under below location

C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\Tools\QmcCertificatesInstaller\QmcCertificatesInstaller.exe

(imported three cert i.e: Client.cert, root.cert, server.cert etc)
