Qlik Sense April 2018 file corrupt error

Hello,

I just upgraded with success a Qlik Sense Site from February to April 2018 version.

Now I'm facing the attached error while opening the app.

below the engine log error:

Other apps are working with no error.

Where I should look for some error logs ?

What could be the reason for this issue and how can I fix it ?

Qlik R&D still working to understand why the corrupt app does works in nov'17 , while the same result corrupt in apr/june '18 versions.

I hope they will find a fix for this issue asap.

Thanks - Qlik contacted me and basically said the same thing.

Is the section access setup for the application that gets corrupt used in another application that works on your environment? Our corrupt application is the only one which has a numeric field used for section access and the security setup is not used in another application, just wondered if there are any similarities?

our client has another application with section access that works well.

Hello all,

Qlik R&D team has opened a bug (QLIK-89541) for this issue.

I'm still waiting for a resolution.

Qlik has replied to me saying the fix of this error will be included in April patch 2, June patch 1 and in next version of September..

No yet, but i'll ask them right now because I'd like to know.

The patches for June and April releases are planned for the end of August.

they don't know the exact date yet.
