Separate bar

i have a bar chart with all the quarters   .

but my requirment is   i want to show  2018Q4 2019Q1,2019Q2,2019Q3  and beyond 2019Q3     means 2019Q4 2020Q1 2020Q2 ...till last quarter as separate bar.  as shown in image, !

in attached qvw  - first sheet first chart i need to show like below.

Since you do not have data for 2018Q3, it will start from 2018Q4 only. So what will your customers current quarter in Jan 2019 ?

I am just trying to understand the logic.

that i  need to check  ..  and get back on this . as they shared the latest file in that  they mentioned current quarter is 2018Q4

just checked  internally  saying that  Nov is the Q1  for the customer

[ need to check with bussiness]

so is there anything needs to chnge in caluclated dimension ?franky_h79

thank you .. same question   its dynamic right?  

and  instead of  lengthy  calucalted dimension   can we  place in  variable and cant we use that in  cal dimension?

Yes it is dynamic.

for dynamic check just change the systemtime of your pc. the chart should change accordingly!
