Qlik Sense April 2018 file corrupt error

Hello,

I just upgraded with success a Qlik Sense Site from February to April 2018 version.

Now I'm facing the attached error while opening the app.

below the engine log error:

Other apps are working with no error.

Where I should look for some error logs ?

What could be the reason for this issue and how can I fix it ?

Finally the Patch 1 of June version and September version both include the fix for the bug QLIK-89541.

Well done!

Hi Andrea,

have you confirmed this? I was going to upgrade to the September release shortly but I cannot see QLIK-89541 mentioned in the release notes anywhere.

It is mentioned in the June Patch 1 Release as being fixed though.

Thanks,

Matt

Yes I know, but Qlik support told me the fix is also included in september version.

I believe them.

Hi guys,

I am facing similar issue in the recent Qlik releases after my client upgraded from Apr 2018 to Feb 2020, in Windows Server 2016 Standard. How's the result of this problem that you encountered last time after applying the fix (QLIK-89541)?
