If number is integer, don't show decimal

Hello,

Is there any possible number format that shows the following:

- if the number is integer, don't show decimals (e.g.: 100)

- if the number is fractional, show first decimal point (e.g.: 95.5)

In other words, the format should not show the zero if it's in the decimal place.
