Server is down during installation

Hi

I am trying to install QlikView server, but I'm not able to add any serial number when I try to set the QlikView Server License  number. The only reason I can find is that there is a message saying "Server is down". I can't find what I could have done wrong.

Please restart all the Qlikview services  or restart the system .
