SAP Report Connector

Hi Friends,

We are trying to use SAP Report Connector. We don't have much information about the SAP System. The person who know about is also on vaccation.

So, does SAP will have some Sample Reports inside it?

How can we access these Reports?

If not and if we try to create reports, how we need to create it?

When we asked the SAP technical Expert they are asking "How the report should be, Whether it should be displayed in SAP System or the Query should be triggered as Report through mail?

They asked, can QV read BAPI, so that they can create BAPI and QV can call this BAPI and pull data from that.

Since we are evaluating SAP Connector it is urgent.

Could you please help me.

Resason behind this error is that one record of report is coming in two row instead of one row . so you have to reduce no . of field so that one record fit in one row instead of two row.

you can remove unnecessary column from variant you made.

You might consider using Xtract QV to process data from a BAPI directly without any additional reports around it:

Thanks for your reply.

The problem is solved. I just installed QV connector Latest version and it worked fine.

Now i'm working with advance style report. It is kind of Pivot table. Did you ever come against these formats.

Example :

Country Group, Country Category,Country, Item, Value.

xyz,123, 1,1,146

             2,1,146

             3,2,46

since last so many days I am working on Qlikview + Siebel +  Hyperion Project . so away from SAP for sometime.
