Reload from Oracle; Server TNS failure but reload ok in desktop

Hi, we are using 64bit qlikview v10 and forcing a 32 bit oracle connection. The server is a Windows 2008 server. The ODBC connection is working fine but we are getting an error when attempting reload a document:

Error: SQL##f - SqlState: 08004, ErrorCode: 12154, ErrorMsg: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You probably have different ORA_HOME directories, try finding all tnsnames.ora files and changing them.
