Tabs' font bigger with safari iPad

Hi all,

Does anybody know why tabs are much too large when viewed on safari iPad (iOS5)?

I tried change font-size for 12px and use -webkit-text-size-adjust:none; but nothing works. Instead I see tabs like with a font-size of 25px!
