How to exclude the duplicated text( In list box)

Hi,

I am taking the list box where the data is coming two times for the same item. Suppose we have two country INDIA and US then it is showing INDIA INDIA two times and US US two time.

I need only one time INDIA AND US.

Use trim(field)

or use distinct
