I downloaded SF connector and ostensibly was able to connect. (At least when i clicked test connection, it stated connection successful). However when I tried to bring in records from the SF account object and the SF contacts object, I saw the records starting to load but then the program stopped responding. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall the SF connector but when i tried to reinstall and click RUN, I get an error; UnInstallGAC: Unable to launch GACInstall.exe. Any ideas how what I need to do to get this to work properly?
