The prospect (a travel company) has customer data spread across multiple separate applications/systems. These are application like CRM, Online booking system, Customer service application etc.
They are now looking to achieve a comprehensive customer master that gives a single view of all their customers.
Once they have implemented this, they would also be looking at using reports and analytics to get insights about their customer, agent etc.
