Changing the base document of the internal browser within Qlikview

Hi Qlikview Experts,

Currently when I add an extension object that alerts the document.URL it gives me http://Qlikview/QvAjaxZfc/OpenUnicornDoc.htm

Is there a way to change this to say localhost of some other URL?

The reason for my question is that I have to use a third party API as an extension object which needs a token based on the URL, and http://Qlikview is already registered.

If I deploy this application to a Qlikview server will it still use the internal browser to render the extension objects and will it still use the same URL?
