Qlikview Server Connection Problem

I tried connecting to QV server and I got following message as shown in the screen print plz get the attachment to error message.Help me regarding this issue.

check wiether your qlikview server started

or

make sure you have provided proper username and password

Hi,

Check that port 4747 is open in the Server's firewall inboud and outbound. Check as well that there is no other client opened with the user you are trying to connect as: click on alternate identity and make sure you set your user in the form DOMAIN\USERNAME. You will be prompted for password.
