Field Event Trigger is removed after Reload

Dear All,

I have set a 'Field Event Triggers'  for 'OnSelect' and 'OnChange' of a particular field in the Document Properties window. The problem I am facing is : after every Reload of the QV Document, the Field Event Trigger is removed from the list.

Please note that I am using QV10.0.

Any help to resolve this problem would be highly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,

Somnath

Hi,

The reason could be the way QlikView reload works.

When reload is performed, QlikView flushes all the data including the fields and table names and then reloads the new data and saves it.

So if the field is flushed then ideally the trigger will get removed.

Thanks Kaushik.

If I flushed out the data from the application and then reload the document, it removes all the triggers related to the Fields. But if I reload the QV document over the  old data, it does not remove field triggers.
