Session log failing in QV 10 SR3

Has anyone experienced that the session logs are not created for named users or any dynamic session cals in QV 10 SR3? We are trying to analyse the usage details of users that are using the dashboard on a daily basis. The option to enable the auditing feature is not an option for us because of performance issues. Allow dynamic CAL assignment is enabled as well as Enable Session Logging feature. We only get events and performance and once in a while session logs. Is this a known bug and if so is there a fix for this?

I have experienced the same issue. I am not aware of any fixes for this.

Same here. We are experiencing this issues and still no reply from Qlikview. I will try to speed things up by logging this in the customer portal. Hopefully we will get an anwer.
