Collaboration in IE Browser

Hi,

I have a client who is trying to use the collaboration features, specifically adding new objects and it is not working.

I have made sure the settings in the QV Server and QVW allow collaboration and am wondering what else could be the problem.

The documentation states that the user must be an authenticated user. Could anyone explain exactly what that means? He is in the active directory.

Do QV users need to be in any special groups on the server?

Thanks,

Mark

No special groups are needed, just be sure your document is not published to anonymous users.

For this try to check "Directory Security" tab on QV virtual foders in IIS, Anonymous access should be disabled
