QlikViewWebParts_x64Setup - Version 11

I have been battling with this for a day or so now. Maybe I am over looking something obvious. I am trying to install the Qlikview webpart to use with our SP2010 farm. I don't have any errors until I go to connect to a document. I then get the following error:

The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
url=http://design/_layouts/proxy.aspx?file=DocList.aspx
Check the QvAjaxZfc property below under QlikView Settings

I have tried toggling the Anonymous and CustomInitialization boxes to no avail. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so how did you resolve it.

Hi,

there are some questions, in order to try to detect possible cause:

Is QV web server running on IIS or its web server?

Is  WebParts license activated?

Which components configuration scenario is used (from the WebParts Installation Manual)?

One of the installation steps was to enter ajax virtual folder url. Have you verified that connection during installation?

Could you access to accesspoint portal from the SharePoint server using QV web server url that you entered as part of ajax virtual folder?

Have you configured  QV Server to connect to that QV web server?
