I have a bit complex requirement as stated below:
I have a custom application built in java (or .Net) whose data is stored in an rdbms. Now I have developed a QV application based on this data and users wish to have functionality of launching the custom application from QV. By clicking on any field value, the users should be able to open custom app showing the data for that selection. It's like showing custom app for currently selected field value. I know it will require my QV app to pass the parameters (selected values), and in a format which is readable, to my custom application.
Is it possible to achieve this in Qlikview? Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.
