QlikView Server 9 in production - any successes?

I'm working with a team of experienced QlikView (8,5) developers who are now trying to deploy their first QlikView 9 server in production and can not get it to accept more than a single user login at one time. We are working with QlikTech Support, but wanted to see if anyone else had this problem, as we have been struggling for weeks.

If you are successfully running a QV9 server in production, I'd also appreciate it if you could quickly reply to let me know highest the number of users you have seen accessing the server concurrently, as this could help guide my next steps.

I have rolled out QV 9.0 SR1 in production succesfully and have not seen this problem.

Running QVS 9 for three months and SR1 for a couple of weeks but never experienced a similar problem. We have about 50 users, on average 10-15 are accessing the server at the same time
