QlikView 8.5 to 9.0 Upgradation

Hi,

When I try to upgrade from 8.5 to 9 , the existing recipients are not getting visible in the version 9. What could be the reason. What needs to be done to bring the recipients?

You would need to use the Publisher Upgrade tool to convert your Repository from 8.5 to 9.0. See page 231 of the QVS Reference Manual
