Deactivate "Export to Excel" for end users

Hi all,

I am trying to find a way, how to deactive the "Export to Excel" function for end users, but still allowing them to export the objects to Clipboard.

In the document properties under security I could only find "allow export", but if I deselct this one, also the export to Clipboard is deactivated.

Export restriction by user is available in QV11.

Export restrictions by userid is a QV11 server feature, available in all editions.

Sounds good!

Did not install de QV11 because it is still in the initial release and was afraid of "launching issues".

Is it stable?

Installed QV Server 11 and Eport to Excel control can be done by user, which is is really a big step forward in QV Server.

U can find it settings document properties security uncheck the Allow export
